Chapter Three: Surviving the Sandwich Generation Years
By Paul Wynn
In this new book, The Caregiver’s Advocate Vol. 2, Paul shares his perspective on navigating the complex emotional terrain of caring for aging parents while juggling the needs of a young family. His story offers a thoughtful, firsthand look at the dual role so many caregivers quietly carry and the wisdom and compassion gained along the way.
“Paul Wynn’s chapter contribution is a poignant reflection on his time as a ‘sandwich generation’ caregiver. His words offer hope for those in the seemingly untenable position of navigating care for children and care for parents simultaneously.”
